We begin with an in-home consultation to understand your goals and recommend a staging plan tailored to your timeline and needs. Once everything is set, our team handles the staging process seamlessly, ensuring your home is market-ready with minimal stress. When your home sells, we’ll coordinate an easy pickup—so you can focus on your next chapter with confidence.
First, let’s chat…
We want to do an in-home consultation with you to see your space and understanding your selling and housing plans. We’ll give a recommendation of how BarnesWood can be of service based on your needs, and you let us know how to proceed.
Then, we’ll set some dates…
Once we have a plan in place and a contract signed, well pick some dates based on your selling timeline to get the house staged.
Once sold, we’ll plan a pick up.
We’ll come get the furniture when you tell us too. Otherwise don’t worry about paying until you tell us the house is sold and we should pick up or for another reason.

Our Refined Spaces service brings a deep understanding of how buyers experience a home—and how strategic, intentional design transforms spaces into ones that feel fresh, polished, and market-ready. Rather than replacing what's already there, this approach curates each space through purposeful editing, rearranging, and styling to highlight architectural features, improve flow, and create a cohesive, inviting aesthetic. The result is a home that photographs beautifully, feels elevated, and helps buyers envision themselves living there—all using the furnishings and décor already in the home.

We'd like to schedule an in-home visit to see your space and understand your selling and housing goals. Based on what we learn, we'll share our recommendation for how BarnesWood can help, and you can decide on the next steps.
Then, we’ll set some dates…
Once we have a plan in place and a contract signed, we’ll pick some dates based on your selling timeline and to an overhaul of your space using your furniture - indicating what stays, what goes, where things need to go and any other actions that will help improve the space.
Once sold, it’s move out
Once we have staged your home with your furniture, our contract ends unless you have decided to rent a few pieces from us or you need any further assistance.
